Premium Placements and Payments
Premium upgrades and advertising placements are processed securely through Stripe. Paid placements affect visibility only — they are always badged, and they never guarantee search-engine rankings, sales results, or directory inclusion beyond the terms of the purchased package. Billing questions and cancellation requests are handled through the contact page or the self-service billing portal.
Intellectual Property
The Rockwall Connect name, logo, site design, and original editorial content — including blog articles and category descriptions — belong to Rockwall Connect. Business names, logos, and photos within listings remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for directory purposes. You may link to any page on the site; you may not republish substantial portions of the directory or its content without written permission.
Termination and Enforcement
We may suspend or remove listings, reviews, or site access for violations of these terms — including fraudulent reviews, misrepresented businesses, or abuse of other users. Where a paid placement is removed for a terms violation, any refund is at our discretion and depends on the circumstances. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be handled in the courts serving Rockwall County.
